How often should I yoni steam?
Whatever makes you comfortable. You can do twice a month before & after your period. Or you can go as high as 4 times a month.
Does the package include instructions?
YES! All packages will include instructions in a QR code or as a separate manual for your comfort.
How many uses will I get out of this pack?
Each bag is 1.76oz. Could make up to 4 steaming sessions. We recommend using 1 fourth of the bag per session.
Can I steam during my period?
No, during your period, your body is naturally cleaning itself. So it’s better to use before or after your period to Yoni Steam. Also, you can use it after intercourse.
