I have to admit that I didn't have high hopes for this foot cream. I have extra dry skin and my feet are especially dry. I've tried other foot creams that only helped a little. But this one actually seems to be working. I noticed the next morning after the first evening I tried it, that my heals were not nearly as rough and scaley. After four nights, I notice a real improvement. The foot cream smells pleasant, no icky urea smell. I applies easily and isn't greasy after it's had a few minutes to soak in.
And it's great for other rough spots - like my left elbow! (Wish I knew why one elbow has rough skin but not the other! Weird!)This cream absorbs nicely and has a pleasant odor. The jar is well made - there is even a cover that sits under the screw top lid! (Though the tiny little plastic spoon is a complete waste.)
I have pretty jacked up feet. From years of ballet, soccer, running, working in hospitals and being on my feet and just not taking as good of care of my feet as I should. Anyway my feet were pretty dry and calloused, the very first time I used this I did a whole routine: I soaked my feet, towel dried them and then scrubbed them using a little Pedi egg thing (a foot skin grater or pumice stone would work fine too I assume). I took a damp wash cloth and wiped my feet off after the scrubbing, then I towel dried them again, applied this cream, put on socks and went to bed. Next morning my feet were shockingly soft. Don't get me wrong it didn't make my calluses magically go away but they were no where near as intense, rough and ragged as they were. My feet felt great, so soft and with some nail care, my feet looked nice enough for open toed shoes, which is really saying something. Since then I've used this a few more times, like I said I'm not great with foot care yet but I'm trying. I don't go as in depth as I did the first time depending on my energy level I'll do the whole nine yards and also sometimes I'll take a showee dry my feet out on the cream and some socks and it still has an awesome effect. I don't use this consistently cause I'm forgetful and prioritize other things, but I can definitely see if I stayed on top of things and used this cream for like a week or two it probably would outright heal my calluses. I didn't think to take photos but I'll add them next time I use this cream.

I suffer from cracked skin and calluses on my feet, so having a good moisturizing/medical cream is important to me. This cream feels thick and goes on easily. It feels pleasant on my skin as well, plus it smells nice.In order to get the most out of it, I would recommend applying it and then putting on some socks. I know it can feel weird to put socks on because they'll get dirty, it's really critical to lock in the effects.Overall, I think this Urea cream is pretty decent for a low cost. I recommend it.
